UK: Where can I find a dress like this?

I've got two dresses from Topshop Rare Black & Cream, but it seems that dress for the day time, but I like the style of dress. I've looked on eBay, but can not find any so I would be grateful if someone knew that anywhere? I tried all the major websites like ASOS, Topshop, New Look, Miss seldriges, warehouse etc. thanks
