How do I set up two wireless routers?

Currently I have 2 xbox360 consoles, 3 laptops and 2 computers using wireless routers. A router is specifically for the Internet phone, because I have a phone jack in the wall Everything else in the house is connected wirelessly to another router. Xbox Live has been running slow any suggestions as to how to establish the connection for best results?

I suggest that the tray cable to have all or at least fixed elements such as desktop computers and Xbox consoles. Also depending on the router you have, you can try to find a new frimware that is hackers.
