How do I use the reusable grocery bags?
I always forget to bring the bags in grocery stores. I have dozen of them in my car. Home Depot brought my orange bag while shopping in IKEA ... I felt a little uncomfortable as everyone looked at me weird. Krogers fun experience ... I bought one 6pack and a handbag. The packer put beer in a plastic bag and the bag in another plastic bag. I stood there for a minute and shook his head. I do not thought, as she thought it was okay.
I always have my canvas bags in my car. I'm still in the two refrigerators that are in the car to transport frozen or dairy and meat products. When I get in the car to do my shopping once a month, remove them from the refrigerator, put them between the front seats to my list Purchasing / array of clip and bag. Then do not forget to take them into the store with me. As people look at you weird, or ignore them. Maybe it will be at the check-out when you are online and see that they are not taking new bags only to raise the issue. It could only light a light bulb in their brains. As at least you know you're doing something to help the environment. I've had a number of people ask me to make bags for them in recent years and still more recently. Sometimes a tacit example speaks louder than words.
