Looking for a crochet pattern for boots of men like the shoe?

My dad has diabetes and his feet are always cold. However, it can wear anything that is too restricted. My mom wants me to crochet a pair of shoes boots used to be popular for many years. Each pattern I find it too Femie, child, or has too many seams. Does anyone know where I can find a good pattern? He wears a size 11 shoe. Thank you.
